We are currently recruiting for the following:

Residential Childcare Officer

We are a primary special needs school for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health with residential provision, serving half of Hampshire.  We are a 10 bedded unit offering a residential experience for those children who need a 24 hour curriculum, working alongside a dedicated care team. You will be working Monday – Friday term time only on a rota basis with additional sleep-ins.

We can support your development through our multi professional team and offer you experiences to specialise and develop your practice.

Family Support Worker

To work alongside the schools education team, care team and other professionals within the school to support pupils and their families who are identified as requiring additional interventions (Tier 3 and 4  Hampshire Safeguarding Thresholds). therefore previous knowledge of these thresholds are required for this post.

To manage a case load of families and support a multi professional intervention in partnership with other agencies.

To support individual children and their families to address issues relating to health, welfare and social care to enable them to engage fully and maximise opportunities for personal development and educational achievement.
